This programme enables the people to understand the significances of having healthy foods.

Description

“Proper food methods and keeping the knowledge of healthcare techniques leads to balanced health condition”; this is what the message skit presents to the public. For example, the diseases like loose motion can be cured by our own knowledge rather than going to doctor. If condition gets worst then its better to contact doctor, but to keep our self away from sickness fever, tiredness, body pain it is better to have nutritious food daily.


Our eatables should contain the things, which make us more energetic, which increase our dynamism. So automatically our efficiency will develop. The grain foods like rice, wheat, corn, millet and vegetables, fruits, eggs, seed like groundnut, bean contributes to the building of a healthy and balanced body. Totally, skit enables the people to understand the significances of having healthy foods.
